Holiday Cancellations

Holidays are our busiest times and are often booked months in advance.  We turn down more clients than we can service during major holidays.  Bookings that are cancelled less than 7 days in advance will be charged at a rate of 50% and will be invoiced to you.  This fee will NOT be applied to future bookings.

*Christmas Eve 

*Christmas Day  

*New Year’s Eve 

*New Year’s Day  

*Easter  

*Memorial Day (including the weekend of observation) 

*4th of July Week 

*Labor Day (including the weekend of observation)
