Pick up a key to be used for services. Drop off a key after services are complete.
Arrangements can be made for keys or codes during your free consultation. We will keep a key on file in a secure location on your behalf. If a pick-up or drop off is required for or after services there is a $20 fee per trip. If the key pickup is for the start of service, we must have it no later than 24hrs prior to your departure.
We offer a free consultation for new clients. If you require more than one consultation or need to convey new instructions to us in person before your scheduled visit(s) there is a fee per additional consult.
We will happily take your phone calls, e-mails, text messages, or video chats to discuss changes for no additional charge.
We are bonded and insured through Business Insurers of the Carolinas.
